In 2005 Bek and Dylan began their journey together as publicans at the Mallala Hotel, both very young and energetic people who wanted to provide their patrons with lifetime memories and experiences.
In 2011 we purchased the Rising Sun Hotel in Port Wakefield whilst we waited patiently for five years for Mallala Hotel to sell.
We began our full-time journey here in Port Wakefield in 2016 along with our three young children Iggy, Herbie and Stella-Rae.
Our staff are local, friendly country people who are very grateful for, we love the community we live in and are excited to see what the future holds for us in Port Wakefield and our time at the Rising Sun.
Having young kids we believe in creating a family friendly venue where kids feel as though they have a place to play and socialise throughout the hotel.
